Fred Allen Crosby

Fred Allen Crosby, 73, a native of Grand Isle and resident of Lockport, died at 5:45 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 4, 2006. Services will be private. He is survived by two brothers, Charles Crosby and wife, Dimples, of Cut Off and Percy M. Crosby of Grand Isle; and four sisters, Joan C. Santiny and husband, Robert "Bobby," of Grand Isle, Gail C. Cheramie of Golden Meadow, Rita C. LeBoeuf of Panama City, Fla., and Mildred C. Billiot and husband, Victor, of Marrero. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mitchell Crosby and Amy Angeline Terrebonne Crosby; one brother-in-law, James LeBoeuf; and one sister-in-law, Lydia Crosby. He was a retired welder with B & S Welding. He was a U.S. Army Veteran during the Korean War.
