Rita Boudoin Theriot

Rita Boudoin Theriot, 82, a native of Theriot and resident of Houma, died at 11:32 a.m. Monday, Oct. 23, 2006. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by two sons, Alfred Theriot Jr. of Houston and Ronnie Theriot of Chackbay; three daughters, Evelyn Doolittle of Poplarville, Miss., Sheila Lind of Prairieville and Renette Regan of Houma; two brothers, Lloyd Boudoin of Houma and Raymond Boudoin of Chauvin; three sisters, Marie Poiencot, Ella Mae Buquet of Houma and Katherine B. Lewis of Panama City, Fla.; 17 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Joseph Theriot; her parents, Oscar Joseph Boudoin and Odile Marie Bergeron Boudoin; one son, Joel Theriot; one grandchild; and one brother, Felix Boudoin. She was a homemaker and a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
