Marion Odiel Clement Witt, 83, a native of Thibodaux and resident of Houma, died at 10:16 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2006.
Mass was scheduled for 10:30 a.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home chapel, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.
She is survived by one son, John L. Witt of Houma; three daughters, Linda Stiltner, Joan Witt of Houma and Bonnie Jones and husband, John, of Bourg; one brother, Renol Clement; one sister, Marie Cenac; two grandchildren, Bridget Marie Stiltner and Stephanie Lynn Stiltner; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Enoch H. Witt; her parents, Rene Clement and Mabel Malbrough Clement; one son-in-law, Jerry Stiltner; two brothers, Warren Clement and Alfred Clement; and two sisters, Dorothy Clement and Claudia Clement Bauland.
She was a good friend, mother and grandmother. She was a homemaker, an avid quilt maker and loved sewing and playing cards.
She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
