Esther Adams Duhé, 86, a native of Ashland and resident of Houma, died at 2:10 p.m. Monday, Feb. 1, 2010.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Annunziata Catholic Church. Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the church.
She is survived by two sons, Lloyd Duhé Jr. and wife, Evelyn of Houma, and David Duhé and wife, JoAnn of Morgan City; two sisters-in-law, Aline Adams of Morgan City and Doris Jacobs of Reserve; one brother-in-law, Eldon Duhé of Reserve; three grandchildren, Danny Duhé and wife, Petrina, Mark Duhé and fianceé, Mary Karnath, and Jenny Bonvillain and husband, Troy; one step-granddaughter, Sommer Rosson and husband, Louis, three great-grandchildren, Marissa Bonvillain, and Luke and Danica Duhé; and two step-great-grandchildren, Tager and Caylis Rosson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Duhé Sr.; her parents, Allie Sr. and Lilly Louviere Adams; one brother, Allie Adams Jr.; three sisters, Ruth Boudreaux, Rosemary Oliver and Sylvia St. Pierre.
She was a parishioner of Annunziata Church, a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, nanny, auntie S. and friend.
