Louis Valure

Louis Peter "T-Boy" Valure, Jr., 75, a native of Houma, Louisiana and a resident of Bourg, Louisiana died November 18, 2009. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Chauvin Funera Home and on Friday, November 20, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. until service time at St. Ann Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Ann Catholic Church with burial in St. Ann Catholic Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Velma Sanders; daughters, Lisa Valure Darcey and husband Timmy of Bourg, Stacy Valure McElroy and husband Myron of Bourg; sons, Louis Peter Valure, III of Houma and Erica Valure and wife Holly of Bourg; sisters, Della Prejean of Houma; Dianne Campbell of Houma, Kathy Whited of Houma, Sandra Bergeron of Schriever and Debra Value of Bourg; brothers, Chester and Ronnie Valure, 6 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Louis P. Valure, Sr., and Virignia Dryden Valure; brothers, Randolph LaBauve and Gerode Valure, and sister, Gloria Burnley. He was the owner of Valure Electricial and Air Conditioning. He served in the United States Marine Corps. He was Catholic and a parishioner of St. Ann Catholic Church. He loved fishing, traveling and work, but most of all spending time with his family.
