Raymond Joseph Theriot, 77, a native and resident of Houma, Louisiana, died Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at 8:34 AM. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23, 2009 from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and on Saturday, October 24, 2009 from 8:00 AM until Service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Services will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 10:00 AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. with burial in St. Eloi Catholic Church Cemetery. He is survived by his ex-wife and Mother of his children; Gladys Theriot Christopher; sons, Cody Gerard Theriot and wife Charlotte Hebert Theriot and Ray Joseph Theriot and wife Wendy Norman Theriot; daughters, Aileen Francis and husband Alvin Francis, Sr; Christine Webre and husband Arthur Webre, Lola Mae May and Tressa Pellegrin and husband Clinton Pellegrin; brother, Able Theriot and wife Mary Theriot; sister, Gertrude Breaux and late husband Alphonse Breaux, Jr; 24 Grandchildren; 25 Great Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews Preceded in death by his parents, Levi Joseph Theriot, Jr and Jeanne Adams Theriot; sons, Julian Theriot and Cary Theriot; daughter, Cindy Theriot; grandchildren, Nicole Ann Daisy, Kelvin Joseph Francis and 1 son-in-law: Martin "Cat" Guidry. He was a member of Christian Faith Fellowship Church.
