Osa Lula Bennett Hunt, 88, a native of Cambria, OK and a resident of Houma, LA died on Tuesday, October 20, 2009. Visitation will be held on from Friday, October 23, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. until service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Services will be held on Friday, October 23, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. She is survived by her sons, James Ronald Hunt and wife Brenda of Houma Bruce Loren Hunt and wife Tammy of Houma, grandchildren, Krista Savoie, Sean Chauvin, Meghan Whitten, Jaimee Bonvillain; great grandchildren, Kameron Savoie, Cort Chauvin, Ava Chauvin, Alexis Whitten, Taylor Bonvillain, Christopher Bonvillain, Jr., James Bonvillain, sisters, Lora Deligans of Houma and Milly Dunn of Minnesota. She is preceded in death by her husband James Arthur Hunt, Jr.; parents, Emmett Arthur Bennett and Alta McAtee Bennett and sister, Marie Morris Occupation: She was a Homemaker. Church Affiliation: Mulberry Baptist Church She was a past member of Mulberry Keenagers. She enjoyed sewing and crocheting. She was a Den mother for the cub scouts. She was the PTA president at Honduras School. She was a charter member of Mulberry Baptist Church.
