Terry Joseph Martin, 61, a native and resident of Houma, LA died Monday, October 19, 2009. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2009 from 8:30 a.m. until service time at Annunziata Catholic Church A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 24, 2009 at Annunziata Catholic Church with burial in St. Francis No. 2. He is survived by his,wife of 39 years, Cynthia LeJeune Martin of Houma; his parents,Thaddeus Martin and Elma Naquin Martin, his children, Monica Holloway and husband Erik of Avondale, AZ Jessica Martin of Thibodaux, LA Ryan Martin and wife Ashley Saunders of Fort Sill, OK; grandchild, Kyle Holloway of Avondale, AZ; sister, Donna Redmond and husband Marin; brothers, Larry Martin and Danny Martin. Terry was a beloved husband, father and grandfather. He was a retired math teacher for Terrebonne Parish School Board. He was an avid runner and race walker participating in numerous races for 27 years. His humor and wit will be missed by many.
