Hazel Sartin Collins, 76, a native of California, Missouri and a resident of Bourg, Louisiana died on Thursday, September 24, 2009 at 4:30 a.m. Services will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Port Hudson National Cemetery, North Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is survived by her husband, Al Collins of Bourg,LA; brothers, Arthur Sartin of San Jose ,CA. and Paul Sartin of Ocean Springs , MS. She is preceded in death by her parents,Odes and Virginia Boyd Sartin; brothers,Ray and Victor Sartin; Sisters, Lovine Fisher , Mabel Gallagher , Delora Langelius , Mary Farrara , and Anna Christopherson. She was the office manager for Southern Tool and Manufacturing. She was Methodist.
