Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.at Maria Immaculata Catholic Church with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. he is survived by his wife, Jean Ann (Mohrmann) Voisin; sons, Michael Christopher Voisin and wife Sarah (Theriot) Voisin; Steven Anthony Voisin and wife Alicia (Mashburn) Voisin; step sons, Dion Allen Frayle, Chad Anthony Frayle; daughters, Sandra Ann (Voisin) Fitzgerald and husband William Fitzgerald, Lorena Helen Voisin; brothers, Charles J.B. Voisin; sisters, Claire Rose (Voisin) Champagne, Annie Laura Voisin, 16 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife, Mary Shanahan Voisin, Joyce Trantham Voisin; parents, Linest Adam Voisin, Lorena Helen (Champagne) Voisin; son, Gregory Andrew Voisin; brothers, Linwood (Tamp) Voisin, Wiltz (Doo) Voisin, James Paul Voisin, George William (Bill) Voisin; sister, Mary Leona (Voisin) Rhodes Grandparents: Wiltz and Florestine Champagne and Leonce and Odile (Benoit) Voisin. He was Catholic and a parishioner of Maria Immaculata Catholic Church. He was a former Terrebonne Parish Police Juror (1980-1984), and a former member of the Rotary Club. He was the Louisiana Oyster King in 1976. He was the owner and chairman of the board for Motivatit Seafoods.
