Damien Matlock

Damien Price Matlock, 25, died March 8, 2017 at 11:16 PM. He was a native of Crowley and a resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2017 from 10 AM until 3 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Rachel Mae Vincent Chancey and husband, Mitchell Sr.; father, Howard Preston Matlock; brothers, Joshua P. Matlock and wife, Victoria, Seth R. Hebert and wife, Mariela, and Nicholas Flynn; sister, Hannah LeJeune and husband, Steven; stepbrother, Mitchell Chancey, Jr. and wife, Jessica; grandparents, Clotis Vincent and wife, Barbara, and Clarence and Elaine Matlock; step-grandmother, Merleen Hebert. He is preceded in death by his stepfather, Ryan Hebert; grandparents, Eula Mae Meaux; step-grandfather, Preston Hebert. He served in the U.S. Army Reserve for 4 years. He enjoyed sports, music, and movies. Most of all spending time with his family. Chauvin Funeral Home is honored to serve the Matlock Family.
