Pearl Duplantis

Pearl Antoinette Duplantis, age 96 years, a native and resident of Houma died on Monday March 6,2017 at 3:59 AM. Graveside service will be held on Wednesday March 8,2017 at 10:00 AM at St. Francis Cemetery II. Mrs. Pearl is survived by her daughters: Mildred Wren and Patricia Brunet and sisters, Ruth Hebert, Shirley Allemand, Dot Hebert and Lillie Allemand.Mrs. Pearl was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Jeffrey D. Duplantis, her parents, Henry and Lilly LeBouef Lirette, her only son, David Duplantis, her daughter Bonnie Duplantis and brothers, Herbert, Paul, Avery and Ralph Lirette along with sisters Sophie Lirette Bent, Ella Lirette Ford, Bella Lirette Deroche and Grace Lirette Zeringue. She was a parishoner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Chauvin Funeral home is honored to serve the Duplantis family.
