Norman Gene Voisin Sr., 72, passed away on February 1, 2017. He was a native of Chauvin, LA and a resident of Donaldsonville, LA. Services will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2017 from 9:00AM until Service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Norman is survived by his Sons, Norman Gene Voisin Jr. and Lawrence Voisin Sr.; Daughters, Judy Voisin Dion and husband Paul Dion, Roxanne Voisin, Gloria Marie Voisin and fiancé’ Ernest Adams, Theresa Voisin Ballow and husband DeAngello Ballow; Brothers, Clarence Voisin, Richard Voisin; Step-Son, Wayne Pitre and wife Penny Pitre; Sister, Beatrice Eva Voisin; Step Brothers, Allen Pitre and wife Sylva, Gerard Pitre; Step-Sister, Andeline Fitch and husband David Fitch, Rita P. Hebert and husband Henry Hebert. He is also survived by his Grandchildren, Elizabeth Jones, Earl Jones III, Michael J. Jones, Lakaza Adams, Ernest Adams Jr., Heather Voisin, Bradley Voisin, Shianne Pellegren, Steven Dawyne Jones Jr., Martin Jones, Francis Jones, Stephanie Jones, Jodie Jones, Lawrence Joseph Voisin Jr., Shianne Summer Walker; Great Grandchildren, Elijah Jones, Jac’Con Jones, Kannadi Robinson; numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded by his Parents, Clarence Voisin Sr., and Viola Trahan Voisin; Brother, Harry Voisin; Grandchild, Michael Jordan Jones, Great Grandsons, Eli Jones, Michael Sparks.
