Emile Gagneaux

Emile Joseph Gagneaux, 91, died on Friday, March 3, 2017 at 7:31 p.m. He was a native of Donner and a resident of Houma, LA.  Visitation will be held on Monday, March 6, 2017 from 10:00AM until service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc., Liturgy of the Word will be held at 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be held at St. Francis No. 2 Cemetery. He is survived by his sons, Robin Gagneaux and Jerry Gagneaux; daughter, Karen G. Theriot and husband, Ernest; grandchildren, Rebecca T. Finger and husband, Dr. Simon Finger, Dr. Aaron Theriot and wife, Brandee Poole Theriot, Drew Gagneaux and Hannah Gagneaux; and 7 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife of 71 years, Jeannette Rita Olivier Gagneaux, parents, Emile Robert and Mamie LaJaunie Gagneaux; brothers, Jude, Willard, Rudy and Calvin Gagneaux; sisters, Elinora and Wanda Gagneaux.In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to a charity of your choice in his memory.
