Leondus Earl LeBlanc, 73, died December 18, 2016 in Lafayette Louisiana. He was a native of Orange, TX and longtime resident of Houma, LA.
Visitation will begin on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma, LA from 2:00PM until service time. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at Chauvin Funeral Home beginning at 5:00PM. Burial will be held the following day on Thursday, December 22, 2016 in LeBlanc Cemetery in LeBlanc Louisiana.
Leondus is survived by his former wife and best friend, Sabrina LeBlanc; sons, Leondus Ashley LeBlanc, and Scotty Lee LeBlanc; daughters, Jacqueline Giselle LeBlanc and companion B.J. Bice, and Christina LeBlanc DuBois and husband Chad; sisters, Sethie Trosclair and companion Joey Boudreaux, and Diana LeBlanc; sister-in-law Ethel LeBlanc; and grandchildren, Tanner LeBlanc, Libby LeBlanc, Madisyn DuBois, William Bice and Brooklyn Hester.
He is preceded by his parents, Leondus Atley LeBlanc and Susie Audrey LeBlanc; and brother, Luther LeBlanc.
Leons was a stylist who had an amazing ability to style hair. He dedicated his life to his children and his career. He lived his life with passion and loved his work and family. He loved working behind his “chair” and giving back to the world all it has given him, “Making each person more beautiful; one at a time”.
He will be dearly missed; but never forgotten by all his family, friends, and clients; his extended family and friends.
