Michael Gambarella

Michael David Gambarella, 73, died Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 12:57 PM. He was a native and a resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 16, 2016 from 8:30 AM until funeral time at Chauvin Funeral Home with Liturgy of the Word at 10:30 AM. Burial will be held in St. Francis #2 Cemetery. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Carolyn Rhodes Gambarella; brothers, Lovencie “Vince” Gambarella, Jr., and Roy Gambarella and wife, Ella. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lovencie John Sr. and Lelia Constrantchis Gambarella; brother, Adam Gambarella. He was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. He was employed by G & B Marine.  He served in the US Army during Vietnam Conflict as a combat medic E5. He was a member of the VFW.  Enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was most happy at the camp in Wyatt, LA. Chauvin Funeral Home is honored to serve the Gambarella Family.
