Laura Kinniff

Laura Bergeron Kinniff, 93, a native of  Napoleonville, Louisiana and a resident of Houma, Louisiana died November 13, 2016 at 5:05 p.m. Visitation will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, November 21, 2016 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Napoleonville, LA, with a funeral mass to be held at 11:00 AM.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery. She is survived by her daughter, Catherine Kinniff Lopez and husband Earl Lopez of Sierra Vista, Arizona; brothers, Jimmy Bergeron and wife Jeanne of Napoleonville, Louisiana; sisters, Lucy Blanchard of Houston, TX, Frances Bearmann of Kenner, Louisiana and Rosemary White of  Napoleonville, Louisiana. She is preceded in death by her spouse of 72 years Daniel Ray Kinniff; parents, Leonce and Mae Prejean Bergeron and brother Leonce (Man) Bergeron. She was a homemaker and worked in the banking system.  She volunteered at the local food bank and she and her late husband were awarded the National Volunteer of the Year by Catholic Charities.
