Rodney Leger, Jr.

Rodney “Brud & Gonzo” Joseph Leger, Jr., 53, died October 22, 2016 at 12:08 AM. He was a native and resident of Gibson, LA.  Visitation will be held on Friday, October 28, 2016 from 5 PM until 9 PM and Saturday, October 29, 2016 from 8 AM until funeral time at Chauvin Funeral Home in the Magnolia Chapel with a Funeral Service at 11 AM. Burial will be held in St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in Gibson, LA. He is survived by his son, Logan Lorn Leger; parents, Rodney Joseph, Sr. and Jane Ella Bourg Leger; sister, Jerry Lynn Lerman and husband, Carl; brothers, Patrick Leger and wife, Stacey, John “Austin” Leger and wife, Hope, and Michael Leger and wife, Amy;  numerous nieces and nephews.                                 ; He was preceded in death by his sister, Tabby Ann Leger; grandparents, Edval and Idell Kennedy Leger, and Robert P. and Lorita Lambert Bourg. He was employed with LG Barcus and Sons. Gonzo was associated with many biker clubs.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his son Logan. Most of all he loved riding with his biker brothers.
