Jacqueline Charpentier Gaston, 53, a native of Galliano, LA and a resident of Bourg, LA died on Sunday July 1, 2009 at 10:29 p.m. Visitation will be on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. until service time Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Service will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. She is survived by her husband, David Francis Gaston, Bourg, LA; son, Nicholas Ray Gaston and wife Jessica Domangue Gaston of Houma, LA; parents, Lincoln Joseph Charpentier and Irene Theresa Allemand Charpentier; sisters, Gail Charpentier of Galliano, LA and Mrs. Eldon (Lynn) Callahan of Larose; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her brother, Dale Charpentier. She was an avid book reader and enjoyed spending time with her family.
