Etna Mae Cancienne, 90, died Thursday, October 6, 2016, at 8:35 PM. She was a native of Baton Rouge and resident of Houma, Louisiana.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 10, 2016, from 9 AM until funeral time at St. Bernadette Catholic Church with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Burial will be held in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Harold M. Cancienne, Sr.; son, Harold M. Cancienne, Jr. and wife, Laura; daughters, Paula Jean C. Hebert and husband, Jerry, Camille Louise C. Boudreaux and husband, Paul, Sally Anne C. Dagate and husband, Vincent, Jr., and Ellen Gayle C. Foundas and husband, Craig; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Gladys Naquin and Mary Alice Morvant.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Camile Joseph and Etna Marie Cambre Naquin; brothers, Nolan Naquin, and Francis Naquin and wife, Lena.
She was a Parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church.
