Betty Clement

Betty Jane Naquin Clement, Age 83, Betty passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was a longtime resident of Chauvin. Private services were held by the family. Betty is survived by her sons, George W. Clement, Jr. and wife Sue, Brian A. Clement and wife Theresa, Craig P. Clement and wife Stacy; grandchildren, Farrah Ayo and husband Shane, Jason Clement, Ginger Rodriguez and husband Kenny, Brooke Clement, Danielle Johnson, Craig Clement, Jr.; great-grandchildren, Chloe and Carson Ayo, Jaci Clement, Kael Tillman, Jaxson Bolden; brother, Eugene “Gene” Naquin; sisters, Juanita Ann Naquin Littleton. Betty is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, George W. Clement, Sr.; parents, Evince Joseph and Pearl Mary Gautreaux Naquin. Betty was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and true friend to all who loved her. She was an avid lover of her flowers and vegetable garden, growing roses and was meticulous about her yard appearance. She also loved sewing, crocheting, cooking, fishing, especially in the surf at Grand Isle and above all she loved spending time with her family.
