Jerome Theriot

Jerome “Joe” Theriot, a native and resident of Houma, LA died at 8:30pm September 15, 2016. Visitation will be held Monday, September 19, 2016 at St. Louis Catholic Church in Bayou Blue, LA at 9:00AM until service time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held following visitation at 11:00AM, Monday at St. Louis Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Bridget Cemetery. Jerome is survived by his Loving wife of fourty-four years, Tena Pellegrin Theriot; Parents, Corinne Moore Theriot and late Father James P. Theriot; Son ,Jonathan Theriot; Daughters, Melinda T. Bourg and husband Chris, and Jamie Theriot; Grandchildren, Zachary, Ty, Liam, and Eli; Brother, David Theriot and wife Judy; Sister, Angela T. Brown and husband Ken and Brother-in-Law, Wilbert “Bill” Watson.Jerome is preceded in death by, Infant, Pierre Theriot; Brother, Jimmy Theriot and Sister, Anne T. Watson. Jerome enjoyed woodworking. He loved to travel and enjoyed nature and the outdoors. He was loved by his family and friends and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
