Janet Price

Janet Marie Price, 79, died Friday, July 8, 2016. She was a native of Cut Off, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 11, 2016 from 5:00Pm to 9:00PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Tuesday, July 12, 2016 from 9:00AM to service time  at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 11:00AM at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Burial: Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery She is survived by her, Sons, Donald J. Price Jr. (Tammi), Wade J. Price; Daughter, Christine Price, Lynne Richaud (Eddie); Brother, Jerry Remont (Juanita);  Sisters,  Katherine Callahan (Ray), Sherry Orgeron (Sidney), Deborah David (Don). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her, Husband, Donald Price Sr.;  Parents, Noncess J. and Elma Plaisance Remont;  and  Grand-daughter, January E. Richaud. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Janet loved to sew, craft shows, trawling, cooking and loved travel; most especially she loved to talk and visit with family and friends. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
