Thelma Rodrigue

Thelma Theresa Gregoire Rodrigue, 68, a native of Terrebonne Parish, and a resident of Houma, died June 10, 2009 at 1:45 a.m. Visitation will be on Thursday, June 11, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home and on Friday, June 12, 2009, from 9:00 a.m. to service time at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. A mass of Christian Burial, will be held at 11:00 a..m., Friday June 12, 2009 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with burial at Terrebonne Memorial Park. She is survived by, sons, Tommy Rodrigue and wife Sheila of Houma Gary Rodrigue of Houma; daughters, Penny Dardar and husband Tommy of Houma; brothers, Wiggis Gregoire of Dulac; Roger Gregoire of Grand Caillou; Lonny Gregoire of New Orleans; sisters, Mable Scott and Wilma Wilkinson both of Houma; son-in-law, Wilbert Duplantis, Jr., of Bourg, 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by, husband, Wilbert Rodrigue; parents, Evest Gregoire, Sr., and Zenola Picou Gregoire; daughters, Cheryl Duplantis; brother, Evest Gregoire, Jr. and sister, Dorothy Sapia. She was Catholic and a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She wasa waitress at Piccadilly Cafeteria for over 20 years.
