Wayne Allen Cook, Sr., 77, died Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 09:06 AM.  He was a native of Jackson, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Funeral Services will be held in Mississippi.He is survived by his, wife of 55 years, Pamela Anne Mahoney Cook; sons, Wayne Allen Cook, Jr., Christopher Terrence McLain Cook and wife, Rhonda, and Mark Ashley Cook; grandchildren, Madeline Alana Edwards Cook, Jared Elijah Cook, Emersyn Mahoney Cook, Clare Mendel Cook, Kaci Annabel Cook, Reese Ashley Cook, and Ryleigh Grace Cook. He was preceded in death by his, father, Randal Frank Cook; mother, Mary Louise Wright Stephens;  brother, Randal F. Cook. He was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to serve the Cook family.
