Josephine Thibodeaux

Josephine “Ponie” Thibodeaux, 72, died Friday, May 6, 2016 at 04:35 PM. She was a native and resident of Dulac, LA.   Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 from 9:00 AM until service time at Holy Family Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church.  Burial: Holy Family Catholic Church Cemetery.   She is survived by her, son, Mark Thibodeaux; grandchildren, Abby and Connor Thibodeaux; sisters, Jeanette Elstner, Betty Collins and husband Bernard; brother, Jessie Voisin and wife Joyce; sister-in-laws, Lydia Voisin and Mary Voisin.    She was preceded in death by her,  first husband, Alvin Hebert Jr; second husband, Ronald "Chubby" Thibodeaux; daughter, Josie Hebert; parents, Anthony Voisin Sr. and Eunice Blanchard Voisin; brothers, Anthony Voisin Jr   and James Voisin.   She was a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church.   She was a loving, caring, giving and selfless woman. She enjoyed the simple things in life such as going to the casino with her sisters, cooking and spending time with her family. She will be missed by all.
