Joe Teuton, Jr.

Joe “Big Joe” Teuton, Jr., 75, died Monday, April 25, 2016. He was a native of Houma, LA and resident of Schriever, LA. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 28, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until Service time at First Baptist Church, Gray, LA. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 11:00AM at First Baptist Church, Gray, LA. He is survived by his, wife, of 52 years, Betty Lou Cedotal, son, Joe III and wife Kathryn (LIZA) Teuton , daughter, Jodie Teuton and husband Scott Oliphant, brother, Jeff Teuton, sister, Charlie Hoover , grandchildren, Victoria Lee Oliphant, Joe (J.T.) IV and Katie Jo Teuton. He was preceded in death by his, parents, Joe Sr. and Lee Hightower Teuton. Mr. Teuton was a member of First Baptist Church and proprietor of Southland International and a member of NHRA and Southland Hogs Baseball.
