Mary Hill

Mary Ann Hill, 82, died Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 05:55 PM. She was a native of Dothan, AL and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Monday April 4,2016 from 9 AM until Service time in the Dauphine Chapel of Chauvin Funeral Home. Services will be at 11 AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc., with interment to follow at Port Hudson National Cemetery, St. Francisville, Louisiana. She is survived by her, daughter, Mary H. Martin,  grandsons: Phillip and Cory Martin and Clint and Austin Davis, and sister,  Mable Richburg of Opp, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her, husband, Ralph Leon Hill , son, Edward Davis, brother, Pete McVay,  sister,  Eloise Hudson, parents, Oliver and Claudia Bryant McVay. Mrs. Hill was a sitter and caretaker for the elderly and ill. She very much enjoyed studying and reading her Bible and led the Bible Study Group at the Highrise apartments  Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc., is honored to care for the Hill family.
