Mary Talbot

Mary “Denise” Talbot, 61, died Thursday, March 24, 2016 at 05:00 PM.  She was a native of Fort Worth, TX and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 28, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM, and Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 8:00 AM until funeral time in the Magnolia Chapel at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.  A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM. Burial will be held at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. She is survived by her mother, Mary Kline Talbot; son, Wade Savoy and wife Angie; daughter, Bridget Landry and husband Dustin; brother, John Talbot and wife, Patricia; sister, Theresa Talbot; grandchildren, Trent, Tanner and Mason Savoy, Kamryn and Brewer Landry. She was preceded in death by her father, Louis Everette Talbot; grandparents, Bridget and John Kline, and Everette and Alma Talbot. She was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. Denise was in the Insurance Industry, with 25 years at Allstate Insurance Co. She was also a volunteer at The Haven. She was a lover of horses, LSU football, and especially enjoyed being with family and friends.
