Evelyn’s amazing love and kindness for her family was a rare and beautiful gift that could be observed by all who knew her, but the greatest treasure of her life was her gift of salvation in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The greatest desire of her heart, even unto her last breath, was that all of her family would come to know the Lord as their Savior so that we might all be reunited in heaven with her and with the Lord for all of eternity. God graciously gave her the ability to share from her lips words from her beautiful heart that even in her final moments here on earth she would want everyone to hold onto and remember her by, and those words are “I love you.” A special heartfelt thanks is extended to Haydel Hospice, Terrebonne General, physicians and surgeons whose devoted care and concern was deeply appreciated. Donations to Mulberry Baptist Church Family Life Center in honor of Mrs. Evelyn Head are preferred.
