Adele Robichaux

Adele Marie Robichaux, 70, died Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 02:04 PM. She was a native and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 6, 2016 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Monday, March 7, 2016 from 9:00am to service time at St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, March 7, 2016 at 11:00am at St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2 . Adele is survived by her loving husband of fifty-three years; Vernis Robichaux Sr., five children; Vernis Jr., Timmy and wife Donna, Lisa and husband Michael, Philip and companion Louise, and Oscar, three brothers; Roy Jr., Clay, and Elmo, three sisters: Earline, Genevieve, and Gloria, ten grandchildren; Jessica, Rebecca, Jeremiah, Elizabeth, Timothy, Sara, Kailyn, Sky, Katrina, and Katherine, Tressa, Austin, Donavan, five great grandchildren; Erica, Samantha, Gracie, Leaux, and Sandra. She was preceded in death by her parents Roy Sr. and Victory Theriot, one daughter-in-law; Lisa, one sister Joann, and one great granddaughter; Brittney. She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. She loved to iron, work in her yard, baking, and enjoyed sewing.  She loved her family and grandchildren, great grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
