Todd Michael Champagne, 54, died Monday, February 29, 2016 at 08:35 AM. He was a native and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 9:00 AM until funeral time at St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Burial will be held in St. Francis #2 Cemetery. He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Christine Faye Whitney Champagne; daughter, Whitney Nicole Champagne; father, Harold Peter Champagne; mother, Rosalee Margaret Lovell Champagne; brothers, Troy D. Champagne and wife, Shari, and Jason L. Champagne and wife, Jennifer; sister, Patti Jean Champagne Nelson and husband, Gordon; Numerous godchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Pierre and Blanche Babin Champagne, and Allie and Rosanell Trosclair Lovell. He was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. His pride and joy was his wife and daughter. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Amerian Heart Association or National Organ Donor Registry.
