Billy Bohannon

Billy Martin Bohannon died unexpectedly Monday, December 28, 2015 at the age of 51.  He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Houma. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 3, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and on Monday, January 4, 2016 from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Funeral Services will be held Monday, January 4, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.  Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery He is survived by his wife, Rachel Fay Pierre Bohannon, son, Tylor Pierre, daughters, Billie Bohannon, Taylor Burkholder, grandchild, Anijha Burkholder, sisters, Connie Bohannon (Tim) Ebert, Claudia Bohannon (Murke) Trahan and brother-in-law, Tommy Rabun. He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Bohannon and Gloria Correjolles Bohannon and sister, Patricia Bohannon Rabun.   Billy was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Houma. He worked as a crane operator for Performance Energy Services and was a United States Army Veteran. He was a devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be sadly missed by his family and many friends.
