She was a homemaker and a successful business woman managing her own
apartment complex since 1966. She was a devoted mother. She taught adult education for a short time, enrolled in busniess colllege and later worked at the Court House of Opelousas. While there she met and married the love of her life Dalton Andrew LeBlanc, Sr. The life insurance business brought them to Houma, Louisiana where they were to stay a mere six months, but made it their home for 65 years.
She was a parishioner of Annunziata Catholic Church
