Madge Doss

Madge Marie Welch Doss, 86, a native of Nacogdoches, Texas and a resident of Houma, died March 9, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be from 8:00 until service time Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at Chauvin Funeral Home. Religious services will be held at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. with burial in Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery. She is survived by her sons; Arles J. Doss, Jr., and wife Sandra R. Doss; Gary O. Doss, Sr. Grandchildren, Kevin W. Doss and wife Susan, Cynthia A. Campo and husband Joe, Arles J. Doss, III and wife Tina, Kristi E. Doss, Gary O. Doss, Jr., and wife Marcie and Taggard E. Doss and wife Heather. She was preceded in death by her husband Arles Jackson Doss, Sr. She was a homemaker and a member of the Krewe of Hyacinthians for many years. Her hobbies were sewing, needle point and painting.
