Eveline Verdin, 70, died Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 02:30 AM. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Montegut, LA. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Wednesday, November 18, 2015 from 9:00am to service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Liturgy of the Word will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at 11:00am at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.. Burial: St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church Cemetery She is survived by her husband, Wickliff "Cliff" Verdin, Sons, Norman Verdin, Raymond Verdin, Anthony "T-nee" Verdin Sr. and wife Amanda, Daughters, Norma Billiot and late husband Ecton "Ji" Billiot, Brothers, Eubert Dardar and wife Avelia, Gilbert Dardar and wife Gayle, Sisters,Brenda Sole and husband George, Deldine Dufrene, Grandchildren, Lisa Chaisson, Christopher Verdin, Jeremie Guidry, Jacob Guidry, David Verdin, Anthony "Nee Nee" Verdin Jr., Brooke Verdin, Michael Verdin, Blaize Verdin and Willie Smith, She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Theo and Julienne Billiot Dardar, Son, Willie Verdin, Brothers, Robert Dardar, Hebert Dardar, Eveline was a great cook who had the best homemade bread. She loved her family and friends, most especially her grandchildren. She was a strong hardworking woman who never complained.
