Larry Joseph Grabert, 59, died Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 10:02 AM. He was a native of , and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2015 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Friday, October 30, 2015 from 9:00am to service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Liturgy of the Word will be held on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 11:00am at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.. Burial: St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2 He is survived by his, loving wife of forty years, Rosalee LeBoeuf Grabert, son, Larry Grabert II, daughters,Hope Grabert and Hallie Grabert Lirette and husband Justin, brothers, Lionel Grabert and late wife Elaine, and Richard Grabert and wife Carla, sister, Brenda Grabert, sister-in-Law, Leona LeBoeuf, and Angela LeBoeuf, brother-in-law, Troy LeBoeuf and he is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lionel Felicien Grabert and Evelyn Bourg Grabert,   He was a parishioner of St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church.   Larry was the owner of Grabert & Son Motor Service.  Larry was a very hard worker and provider for his family. He was a member of the Krewe of Hercules and Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed playing golf, bowling, and playing cards with friends and family.  He loved his crawfish boils, family functions, and dancing with the little ones.  He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.
