Josie Figueroa Badeaux

Josie Figueroa Badeaux, 61 years of age and a native of New York and resident of Houma and Destrehan LA, is soaring with the Angels on August 4, 2015. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2015 from 11:00am to service time, at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Liturgy of the Word will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 1:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.. She is survived by her husband Jeffery Badeaux, two sons; Jose Figueroa and wife Januita and James Figueroa and wife Angela, one brother; Oscar Figueroa Jr. and wife Sharron, one sister; Judith Figueroa Kay and companion Dewayne Self. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six step-grandchildren and five step-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; Oscar Figueroa Sr. and Aida Rivera Figueroa of Puerto Rico. She enjoyed her family and friends and her extended family at Domino's. We would like to thank the Neuro Center at Ochsner Hospital in New Orleans and a most heart felt thank you to all the staff at St. Joseph Hospice in Baton Rouge, LA.
