Marie Louise "MaLou" Roy Langlois, 71, a native of New Roads and resident of Houma, died at 7:20 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6, 2009
Visitation Tuesday 9:00a.m. to
funeral time at 11:00 a.m at St. Bernadette follow by burial in St.Francis No. 2 Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen Doiron and husband Brian of Houma; two sons, Jimmy Langlois and wife Cheri Pellegrin Langlois and Daryl Langlois and wife, Tess Genest Langlois, all of Houma; two grandchildren, Heather & Cody Langlois; three sisters Stella Mae Coleman of Lafayette, Doris Melancon of Gloucester, Virginia, and Katherine Dawes of Broussard; two brothers, Clement Eli "Bub" Roy, Jr., of Mableton, Georgia and Larry Roy of St. Martinville.
She was preceded in death by her husband James Gerald Langlois and her parents, Clement Eli and Stella Major Roy.
She was a homemaker. She received her nursing degree from Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge. She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed by all.
