Dale Patrick Carlos, 70, a native and resident of Houma, died at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2009. Click to enlarge Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Prayer service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert Joseph Carlos and Dorothy Ford Carlos; and one brother, Glynn Carlos. He was retired from the State of Louisiana. He was a parishioner of Maria Immacolata Catholic Church.
