Joseph Kirvin Parfait, 86, died Friday, June 5, 2015.
He was a native of Terrebonne Parish, LA and resident of Dulac, LA.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 8, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church.
Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church.

He was a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church.
Joseph was a loving father and grandfather. He cherished his grandchildren and all of his family. He enjoyed painting religious statues and working outdoors in the yard with flowers. He enjoyed watching wrestling on TV. Mr. Parfait was a retired boat captain and trawler.
