Georgia Marie Hebert, 89, a native and resident of Houma, passed away at 9:30 p.m. Thursday, May 14, 2015.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time Monday, May 18, at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery II.
She is survived by her sons, Kenney Hebert and wife, Cynthia Wyatt Hebert, and Keith Hebert and wife, Rosa Theriot Hebert; daughters, Gayle Boudreaux and husband, Robert C. Boudreaux, and Gwynne Brown and husband, Timothy R. Brown; brother, Russell Fournier; sister, Barbara White; grandchildren, Kimberly Hebert, Krista Hebert, Jerrie Anne Graves, Gregory Boudreaux and Travis Boudreaux; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her spouse, Allen Hebert; parents, Onezip Fournier and Clemence Breaux Fournier; and brothers, Urbain, George, Onezip Jr., Elmer, Louis and Daniel Fournier.
Georgia was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.
She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary and the Knights of Columbus. She loved gardening and cooking with her family.
