Gerald Paul Lyons, 84, died Sunday, April 5, 2015 . He was a native of Houma, LA and resident of Theriot, LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Thursday, April 9, 2015 from 9:00am until 11:00am at St. Eloi Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 11:00am at St. Eloi Catholic Church. : A private burial will be held by the family at a later date. He is survived by his, Loving wife of fifty-eight years: Hilda Belanger Lyons, Daughter: Becky Lyons Robertson and husband Mike, Brother: John R. Lyons, and Grandson: Michael Paul Lyons. He was preceded in death by his, Parents: Druis N. Lyons and Pauline Dupre Lyons, Son: Ted Michael Lyons, Brother: Lionel P. Lyons, Sisters: Barbara Lyons Matherne and June Lyons Weibold. He was an oil field salesman and retired after over fifty years of service. He was an avid fisherman. He was a veteran of the United Stated Airforce. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
