First and foremost Horace was a devout Catholic , a loving husband, father, a cherished Paw Paw Hawky to his 132 grandchildren , great grandchildren & great, great grandchildren, a well respected and a life-long resident of Bourg. He worked for Texaco for 33 years and on his 7 days inshore, he was a cowboy in every sense of the word who worked with cattle and horses, and farmed the land to provide for his 16 children.
A special thanks to Haydel Memorial Hospice, Dr. Russell Heny and Fr. Ty Van Nguyen for his spiritual care.
