Taylor; daughter of the late Francis and Josephine Charpentier Bourg; Mother of the Sandra Falcon and husband Delton of Houma, LA; Shannon Lirette and husband Brent J. of Cypress, TX; Susan Guidroz and husband Steve of Houma, LA; and Sally Jo Haydel and husband Al of River Ridge, LA; late George Robert Taylor ; Sister of the late Lawrence Bourg, the late Francis “Temon” Bourg, the late Benny Bourg, the late Robert “Bobby” Bourg; Josephine “Nanny” Junot of Houma, LA, Nellie Giblaint of Mobile, AL, and the late Beaulah Toups. Grandmother of George Falcon, Sr. Stacie Kilgore, Gretta Jo Calongne, Jaime Stuart, Stephani Siddon, Sarah Guidroz, Sheri Guidroz, Erika Haydel, Adam Haydel. Great Grandmother to George Joseph Falcon, Jr, Karoline Calongne, Blake Stuart, Isabella Siddon, Katelyn Kilgore, Katharine Calongne, Bret Stuart, and Luke Siddon Age 92 years, a native of Bourg, LA and a resident of Houma, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, December 15, 2008 at 11:00 A. M. at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral, Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Sunday December 14, 2008 at Chauvin Funeral Home, 5899 Highway 311, Houma, LA from 4:00 PM until 6:00 P. M. and Monday December 15, 2008 at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral from 9:00 A. M. until Funeral Service time. Her greatest legacy was the love of her family and her deep and dying faith and trust in God. She was Catholic and a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. She was the former President of the St. Francis Ladies Alter Society and member for 30 years. A member of the American Legion Society The F.O.P. Auxiliary. She was the recipient of the Bishop’s Medal for her dedication to the catholic church. She was salutatorian of her graduating class at St. Francis de Sales Academy in 1933. She graduated from South Louisiana Business College in New Orleans in 1934.
