Whether he was playing cards, the slots, or enjoying time spent on a Caribbean Cruise, his good natured sense of humor and great smile were always found to be warm and engaging. Known as an avid outdoorsman, he gained recognition as a terrific angler. So well respected by his peers for his dedication and leadership, he was elected officer in various capacities of local bass fishing clubs. i.e. the Terrebonne Bassmasters and Terrebonne Sportsman’s League. His many accomplishments aside, he lived his life dedicated to his loved ones. In his later years, he could mostly be found on Eagle Lake (the pond) sharing quality time with his family. Nothing thrilled him more than to hear the words, “PawPaw, I got one, I got one!”
