Sabrina Irene Billiot

Sabrina Irene Billiot, 23, a native of Houma and resident of Katy, Texas, died Friday, Nov. 14, 2008, at 11:54 p.m. Visitation will be 8 a.m. to funeral time Tuesday at Chauvin Funeral Home. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. She is survived by her parents, Philip Billiot and Jennifer Kingen Billiot of Houma; brother, Michael Billiot, of Houma; maternal grandparents, Ray and Valerie Kennedy Hesselgrave of Houma. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Camille and Mary Parfait Billiot. She was a former resident of Houma. She worked as a peace officer with the Bellville Police Department and was a member of the Austin County Peace Officers Association.
