Wayne Paul White, 60, died Friday, December 5, 2014 at 2:40 PM. He was a native and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home and Thursday, December 11, 2014 from 9:00 AM until funeral time at Maria Immacolata Catholic Church with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM Burial will be held in St. Francis No. 2 Cemetery He is survived by his:wife, Gloria Ines Noriega Ariza White; parents, Milton "Tuttie" Joseph and Betty Jane Duplantis White; sons, Jason Paul, Adam Joseph and Jonathan Easton White; daughters, Nicole "Nikki" White Maronge and Candace Railynn White; son Juan Sebastian Claro Noriega; daughters, Maria Fernanda, Daniela and Silvia Juliana Castellanos; brothers, Kent White and wife, Linda, Rory White and wife, Romaine, and Timothy "Timmy" White and wife, Paula; grandchildren, Jacob, Meghan and Morgan Maronge, Austin and Justin White. He was preceded in death by his:Grandparents, Easton and Marie Dubois Duplantis, and George and Ethel Trudeau White He was a parishioner of Maria Immacolata Catholic Church. Wayne was a detective for Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office and was also a taxidermist. He loved his job and was proud of his position. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, cooking, photography and sports. He was an excellent cook. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend.
