Lois Broussard Guidry

Lois Broussard Guidry, 74, a native of Weeks Island and resident of Houma, died at 8 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, 2008. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to funeral time Friday at Chauvin Fu-neral Home. Liturgy of the word will be at 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel. She is survived by one son, Dean Louis Guidry of Houma; three daughters, Tina Watson and husband, Rick, of Newnan, Ga., Lori Guidry and Trudy Robichaux of Houma; one brother, Olan Broussard of New Iberia; one sister Myra Polk of New Iberia; and two grand-children, Stefani Watson and Justin Guidry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dalfred Louis Guidry; her parents, Paul Broussard and Una Mae Landry Broussard; and two brothers, Merlin Broussard and Carol Broussard. She was a retired manager with Sunrise Fried Chicken.
