Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3, 2014 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Chauvin Funeral home, Inc. and Tuesday, November 4, 2014 from 9:00am to 11:00am at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Liturgy of the Word will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at 11:00am at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Burial: St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. He is survived by his, Brother: Robert Kirkland and wife Phyllis of Sulphur LA, Nephews and Niece: Michael Kirkland of Houston TX, Meredith Kirkland of Sulphur LA, and Matthew Kirkland of Gray LA. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his, Parents: Robert Perry Kirkland and Maybelle “CoCo” Sere' Kirkland. He was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital in Galveston TX.
